INGREDIENTS: 1 whole chicken 3 stalks lemon grass 2 Tbsp minced ginger 2 Tbsp minced garlic 2 Tbsp brown sugar m 8 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp calamansi juice 4 Tbsp vegetable oil 12 Tbsp water Black pepper (suit to taste) Salt (suit to taste) Put all spices and condiments in a blender and mix together. Pour onto whole chicken and marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight for best results. Keep refrigerated before cooking. Place chicken in the air fryer or oven pouring half of the marinade onto the chicken before cooking. Cook chicken in the oven or air fryer at 160 Celsius or 320 Fahrenheit for 45min on each side if you’re using an air fryer (depending on the size of the chicken).
