Relax, he wasn't good enough. Barcelona have pressure to win now, so Ter Stegen and Bravo were smart buys and both better. It worked out for everyone as he developed in the Dutch league.

Man utd fans have absolutely no idea how privileged they are to have onana as their goalkeeper, they even rate de gea above onana, I actually think he did alright in his first season given how disorganized utd is at the moment, you can't represent barcelona, ajax, inter, if you ain't a world class goalkeeper, it's impossible

But you are missing the concept of PR, class and recognition…. He unfortunately wont be playing for his country but stegen is no1 for Germany and so has bravo been over the years

@@neelthoriya1014 No your missing the point. As a goalkeeper you have to be playing to gain experience and get better, which is the direction he took. Stegen & Bravo haven't really won anything for Germany (Only a Confed Cup) that no1 cares about and Bravo hasn't won anything with Chile. Not sure why you brought that up. He is getting more money and play time at United. Barca are in bad shape financially btw. Which is why they're NO WHERE as good as Madrid right now.

@laythsaour as far as I remember, Ronaldo didn't play for Barcelona. On top of that, they are not paying their players, forcing them to take pay cuts, breaching contracts, spending money in a stupid way, bribing referees circa 12mln€. So yeah, Onana did dodge the bullet.

Because he faces more shots than any other goalkeeper. He hasn’t been the best since joining united but even if you were to put three goalkeepers, they would concede at least 2 goals a game with that defence

In truth even Onana is very good, perhaps just not good enough at some things for you. But the average professional footballer is nowhere near Premier league standard. Even Dan James was well above average. And Ighalo.

@@k.a.n.e8636 but yeah, De Gea was the best shot stopper/diver that I've seen. And I've seen lots. Cech, Van de Sar, Schmeichel, Seaman. He has at least a fingertip on all of them. But he's slim and non commanding. Not mediocre though.
