I just discovered Andre on You Tube a couple of weeks ago (I'm writing this 9 October 2021.) Then this video popped up today. Interview was interesting. When I was stationed in the Netherlands in the early 1980's there were separate lanes for bicycles everywhere. They didn't always follow the roads. There were also separate traffic lights for cars & buses, street cars, and bicycles.

Tak po zhlédnutí tohoto průřezu vlastně zlomku náročné krásné André tvorby řeč neznám dívám se na něho na lidi se kterými hovoří s zdá se že rozumím co říká ne já tomu opravdu rozumím vnímám jiným jinou řečí řeči citu obdivu s lásky právě k těm starým mistrům ze kterých si André vzal vzor je to neskutečný člověk s obrovským množstvím elánu s jemného vnímání světa mohla bych o něm a jeho práci citech myšlení psát do rána přesto jsem se s nikým ani z jeho blízkých neviděla raději končím protože i já mu k narozeninám chystala jako účtu a poděkování malý dárkový balíček pro něho a jeho ženu nikdo nepomohl ze stovek přátel předat doufám že se mi to podaří ještě do Vánoc zatím za všechnu tu krásu která nepřišla jen tak lehce jak mi ji v reálu vidíme slyšíme děkuji děkuji všem co stojí při tom velkém skromném umělci děkuji vám všem dámy i pánové všem

Andre Rieu is only on good terms with one of his still alive 4 siblings. One sister passed away a couple of years ago. He did not attend his mothers funeral and had an extremely difficult relationship with his Father, Andre Rieu Sr. Andre Rieu is a good actor, and people want to believe the fairy tales he sells to the public. Good for him. But not in line with the truth.
