I have recently bought that Kingston dock. It's awesome. I actually use it with my Samsung T5 and T7 SSD drives. Those drives are too small for the dock. But I designed little _"adapters"_ with the outside size that matches a regular Kingston module and a hole that matches the size of my Samsung drives. No more risk to breaking the USB-C connectors or my drives.

It isn't about practically needing them, as you say it is more about having a pleasant experience working space, that makes you enjoy your workflow. Same shit as having colorful and cool workplaces for bigger firm. And because you can put all these stuff on company/business expenses, you pay them way cheaper, so their value per cost get way up. Especially cause you can also enjoy them when you aren't actually working

They need so many gadget so they have something to film to make us want to buy those products. This video has over 1.6M views in less than a year. I'm sure that has resulted in a lot of sales of desk mats and mechanical keyboards. IMO mechanical keyboards would not even be a thing if every YT "influencer" wasn't telling us how much a clickty clackity clunky ugly chunk of plastic would change our lives. Don't get me wrong, I love these desk tour videos and have watched hundreds of them. But I am able to control my impulses to buy a bunch of stuff I don't need just because I saw it on YT.

the moft mat looks great although at a quick glance of this setup it seems silly to have the phone charger cable protruding from the side where your mouse is, instead wouldnt it make more sense for the cable to run out from the top of the mat?

Been using an Evo 4 myself for a while now. Using it with my DT770 Pros and KRK Classic 5’s, however I had to get an iDefender ground eliminator since I was getting a lot of noise without it.

I love my Nuphy Air75. They make shine through keycaps now, I have them and would highly recommend. My only complaint is battery life, but other than that its a great keyboard

If I'm honest, some of this stuff seems pretty workflow specific, though the items look super useful for the right person. The light bar, though... kinda tempting, ngl. That keyboard look seriously nice though. After years of trying out mechanical keyboards, I honestly kind of gave up on them and got a Logitech MX Keys - I find it way easier to type fast on it. How do you find the low profile switches compare to a "traditional" mechanical keyboard and the MX Keys?

big box of tissues, instant self destruct mechanism incase the secret police come to get you? big slipper boots. lots of marker pens, a huge bucket bin for tissues, small hoover for crumbs, an actual red apple, a small andriod figurine, and a song by Sam Wilson? sam sung? so you can say you have an apple and android system? a mouse mat with a calendar printed on it. a large back stock of tissues.

Great setup. One thing you can do now in order to improve productivity is to learn touch typing. You have 10 fingers in your hands, but you're only using 2 for typing!

Any issues with the light bar causing glare on your curved monitor? Their Amazon page says it will cause glare and interfere with its usability.

I have no Apple bullcrap so no dock for me. I use a real watch as well. Less need for charging, for more I built a cyberdeck. Mech keyboard as always is a must, every using a pc should have heard of it. Oh hey, where is your videobar btw? Crystal clear audio, good voice, awesome video. I designed a new one with stereo cams and stereo mics, 4×FRS8M for hearing voice. Great for Teams and Zoom, promise.
