Back in the day (2001 ish) Andrew watched another bud of ours focus my brothers board on purpose. AA felt so bad about it he gave my brother a new board at the park the next day. Good dude.

Andrew should also look into the knees over toes guy, that stuff can make a huge difference. Also, pranayama, specifically anulom vilom, a very potent way of dealing with stress when performed daily.
