I mean, I absolutely ADORE Stonefield, like really, but the way they're always really private about their relationship is really great, and it's sad they have to decide who handles it now... However, it's cool that Andrew takes the burden for her

I think the translation process really really takes any possible enjoyment out of it as well. Lot's of mixed signals from mixed translations.

A. Emily is just radiantly gorgeous no matter what. B. I really think that Andrew’s resistance and fight to hide his private life was too extreme and ended up making it worse and harder for both him and Emily. He tried so hard advocate that their personal life is off limits and I believe that is true.....but he went as far as to pretend that everyone seeing them together in the real world was our imagination or that he didn’t know what we were talking about. That made for a lot of confusing and awkward moments for Em to endure during their interviews together. He could have just said “we have a relationship outside of work. What that entails and anymore details about that we are not willing to share.”

That's my take on it too. When you fight something to that much of an extreme then you just make everything a constant battle. It adds unnecessary stress. He never needed to go into detail but just a quick acknowledgement then moving on would be better than always fighting it, at least imo. I do wish they were still together.

It was most definitely not too extreme he has every right to react however he wants he did not owe anyone even the thought that they had been together. The extremeness as stress is one sided and it’s coming from interviewers/press and “fans” who don’t understand the concept of boundaries and that you don’t have free reign over a celebrity simply bc you see them. His reaction was 100 percent justified. The fact that years later even ppl now continue to ship them and glamorize their past relationship is proof of that

@@iceybby6415 Never said he didn't have a right or that he wasn't justified, I'm on his side 100%. It sucks that reporters constantly hounded them about it, should they do that? No. But is it gonna happen? Sadly yea, its pretty much to be expected. So I'm just saying that it seemed like a losing battle from the start, and one that could wear you down along the way.

@@tbs311 You don't know them or what was really going on. He has every right to say it's nobody's business. They are doing interviews and press for movies they get paid to do, not to talk about their personal lives. That's up to them. Nobody's business even to speculate what their reasoning is and why. Watch the movie or interview and let them get on with their lives.
