really? I havent watched tropic thunder but remember seeing the trailer and advertisements, i saw this movie when i was 18 in 2012 and I have watched it in sickness and health, and it is always funny and refreshing to me, one of the best movies of all time and yes severely underrated!

I wonder if Johnny Depp's character and the other actor ( Original Jump Street) besides him wasn't killed in this movie, they could make a good mentor to these next generation 21 Jump Street actors Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill. I think it's their way of passing of the torch and graceful exit to their characters and give way to the next generation.
