In Romans 12:2, the word "transformed" was translated from the Greek word metamorphoo, from which our word "metamorphosis" comes. If you want to be transformed in the same way that a worm becomes a butterfly, then renew your mind through the Word of God, and effortless change is the result.

Brother Andrew can you please teach me how to meditate you say it all the time meditate on the word I guarantee change. Not everybody don't know how to meditate I want this bad I want my life to change to change I want to meditate don't know how can you please break it down on how to meditate step by step make it plain and simple playing and simple with a lot of examples a lot of examples thank you

Think about, repeat the verses over and over. The Holy Spirit will reveal to you what you need. Proverbs 11:9 ...but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.
