I would like to join as well for any livestream. I find your videos very informative in a very easy to comprehend way. I had the Pmp course back in 2016. Hadn’t the chance to do the exam until I restudied the material in summer 2020. Had no clue about the Agile changes and did the exam in January 2021 which I failed. I had no clue of Agile and scrums etc which was a almost 50% of the exam. I rescheduled the exam for later this year and bought the agile book and a prep pmp book. I don’t know if there is any hope to pass the exam really!

Nice very useful trick

I just passed the Professional Scrum Master exam, so I came here to see what PMBOK is doing with Agile. I think I would lose all of my Scrum ideas if I listened to too many of these questions and would be confused in knowing what to do at work. So very different.

Dear Andrew, Thanks for the useful prep tools and content. I’m new to PMP, in fact, it’s Day 1. I’ve enrolled into your course on Udemy. Will be joining you on LinkedIn as well. One question: Throughout Chapter 3 of PMBOK 6th edition I come across statements such as: “As conditions change, the project manager should be continuously working with the project sponsor to keep the business and the project strategies aligned.” (Page 86, para 1). Isn’t this contradicting the reasoning for some of your answers in this video? Appreciate if you could clarify my doubts.
