Thanks, Andrew! Reminded me my childhood. Weighted float made of vine cork, burnt on surface for better visibility, medium sized hook and a piece of bread crust. Casts 20-40 meters, and long drifts. Worked for chub all warm season. Used some bugs as well, like may-bug, wheat bug and grasshoppers.

Hello Andrew, love your videos , keep them coming, in this situation you may have been better using a binder like white crumb with your bread feed , may be also add hemp to get the feed down quicker in the fast water, feed further upstream to bring the fish further up the peg, would have led to less lost fish .
