Rublev's mentality is great. An ordinary player would give up at 0-5. I like how he didn't forget to apologize for net in after winning.

I don't understand why wasn't Runn declared winner at 7-3 ? Had the time break rule been changed for 5th set ? What I know , the first player to reach 7 with point difference of 2 (minimum) is the winner of tie break..🙄. Can anyone enlighten me ?

@@rafaundisputedgoat4291 that was not the point of my comment, but Rafa winning is no longer a certainty. Firstly he needs to be injury free. Secondly healthy Djokovic, Alcaraz can beat Rafa on clay

one doesn't cancel the other. they were two different anomalous bouts of playing. beyond that, robbie's emphatic commentating gives life to the game. i'd much rather him than some boring stiff in the booth.

I love Rune's game but I dislike his attitude on court. Comes off as a bit cocky especially for a young up and coming player.

My guy… Rafael Nadal is almost over. He is the GOAT of clay and that is not changing. Nobody else has done anything like Nadal on play. But all the injuries and everything… let the guy rest.

The Grand Slam Board announced in March 2022: "On behalf of the Australian Open, Roland-Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open, the Grand Slam Board are pleased to announce the joint decision to play a 10-point tie-break at all Grand Slams, to be played when the score reaches six games all in the final set

In the last set tie break while playing best of 5 sets, its a race to 10 points with point difference of 2 (minimum)

why ask people and wait for reply? just google tennis tie break rules and you will see 5th set tie break is 10 to win instead of 7 with 2 points differential

Every player should have right to play under her/his country's flag. One cannot choose the country of one's birth. WTA/ATP/Tennis Australia, stop this nonsense and do not mix sport with politics. Appointing "flag police" it's not even childish... it's embarassing and insane... Wars are run by politicians not sportsmen/sportswomen. Why during the invasion of Iraq, 20 year bombing of Afghanistan not to mention the genocidal Vietnam war US, Australian, UK... athletes were allowed to compete under their national flag? * All wars are equal, but some wars are more equal than others.
