Setting the Canterbury Tales Prologue to string orchestra, came upon the term 'Hurdy Gurdy" and followed it to KZfaq. Stumbled upon this incredible performance! Strong peddle point, mixed meters, making this all happen with just a single musician seems miraculous, having played in large orchestras my whole life. Thank you so much.

Magnifique prestation. Les 3 derniers titres sont particulièrement envoûtants avec la rythmique et exécutés avec une interprétation grandiose ! On est transporté ailleurs. Merci beaucoup Andrey pour ce concert filmé. On en redemande. A quand un concert en France ? Laurent, de France (Bretagne).

This is fascinating. On February 2nd, presumably when this took place, I was on a 23 hour drive. I had no idea about what else has been going on, if I could have I would have driven on water from America to wherever you are to perciece your performance for myself

Концерт потрясающий, музыкант - гений, инструмент волшебный... Одна только претензия - к оператору. Ведь можно было выбрать ракурс так, чтобы на фоне не маячили жрущие люди. Было бы идеальное видео!

Heya, so I've been looking for a really long time for somebody that would play Good King Wenceslas on the hurdy gurdy, so far I haven't been able to find anything like that, I was wondering if either somebody could direct me to a good recording of it or maybe if you could play it.

hiya from what i can tell it looks like it may be from a quick, slightly harsher movement on the hand rotating the crank, similar to an accent on a violin or cello but i was also wondering this and would like to know for sure too!!
