There's more to the Nougat easter egg. Basically, when you get to the cat emoji, it'll at some point send you a notification with an Android cat, which you can give a name and add to your collection. Doing the egg multiple times allows you to collect multiple of these cats.

En Android 7 cuando presionabas varias veces en la "N" aparecia unos emoticones abajo primero aparecia 🚫 = No (nou) y luego aparecia 🐱= cat (gat) y se te desbloqueaba un mini juegos de coleccionar gatos con cabeza de Android y aparecia en la barra de estado un plato para llenarle comida o darle agua o un juguete

Its not possible, and it wont happen anytime soon, they run on the same architecture, but they cannot run stable due to the performance of these, Windows Phone is and will be only available to Windows.

What?, you mean Tux?, he isnt in android, he is not anywhere in android, not even in the kernel, which is linux based, but the reason why some tiktok videos show it its just because they think Android is just Linux for phones, which it isnt the case.
