If you are trying to boot into recovery mode on Android and you are stuck seeing the No command screen with the Android on its back.This is how you get past it on any phone or Tablet easily.

Awesome! It works! Basically just press random buttons. Don't give up! Tried it for half an hour and it finally came. Thanks! For me it was volume up and power together three times and releasing.

Worked for me. Thank you. My device wouldn't let me in with my PIN that I KNOW is my PIN so I needed to factory reset, but got No Command. Luckily some combination of power and volume got me to the reset option. Thank you very much.

I have a Leagoo M9. My device won't start, gets stuck at starting screen. I'm trying to factory reset it and, as explained in this video, I pressed all the buttons with all the different ways after the "No command" screen appears. Yet, the screen shuts down and goes black instead of going to the restore menu. So now my phone is unconscious and I have no idea what to do :/ Any advice pls?

On my Blackview 8000, I figured out the problem was that I had a stuck "Volume Up" key. Once I fixed that, the phone went back to normal.

My Nexus 4 did this. I restarted the bootloader, then went back in & still had the error. I decided to try starting again (it had crashed hard and got bootlooped, so I was trying to clear the cache).. and actually got the Android restarting and loading apps screen. So I assume your hack works on Nexus 4, but it looks like there's another possible work around). QUESTION: Does the error mean I should reflash my recovery? (TWRP)

Hey bro, once you get to that no command screen what you want to do is press the various buttons in sequence. For instance, for my phone pressing VOL+ and Power at the same time did not work but pressing VOL+ Then Power did the trick.
