@@sebastianjosefsson3620 + excellent footwork, balance, reactions and overall fluidity. This is a style that is drilled into them from when they first walk into a boxing gym. Boxing is about ‘’hitting and not getting hit’’ and Cuba embody this. Most of their training is focused on fighting drills and footwork drills with a heavy emphasis on rhythm and flow.

You can beat many boxers with this agression if you have the skills, speed and power of ozmen. But this approach against a boxer like cruz is just stupid. He could have made it harder for cruz if he was more composed and not rushing in every time with those speedy fluries and making yourself gas out.
@micky22622 жыл бұрын
But that's not his style. Also for most, when they face a boxer like Cruz, if they only throw single shots, they will be a human punching bag because the other man is gonna find his rhythm easier. For MOST not all the time obviously

He’s a good fighter, only 19 years old, just made to look second rate here by an ATG amateur. No shame in that, Cruz has done this to plenty of very good fighters. That being said, I do think Oezmen benefitted from being on the other half of the bracket. Cruz had a much more difficult run to the final

AIBA spelled the Turkish boxer's surname wrong throughout the tournament and continued in that way. The Turkish boxer's surname is ÖZMEN, not OEZMEN. In English, OZMEN is written. I would like to say congratulations to our Turkish mile boxer for the duel, he has many years ahead of him, and I congratulate both boxers who will gain experience. Cuban Andy Cruz has a good boxer career already, the last one to beat him is the French OUMIHA. Oumiha fought 60 kg and got the gold medal, if he struggled with 63.5 kg as before, he would have wedged Andy Cruz again and could beat him, really He was in great shape. Among the middleweight boxers, I don't know a boxer with such flexibility, an elastic body, and a fantastically accurate punching technique and condition as much as OUMIHA. For Andy Cruz, he was a real trouble boxer, he would still be in trouble if he came to this weight.
@taylorohiggins17342 жыл бұрын
This is one of the stupidest comments I’ve seen on here - Oumiha isn’t a middleweight, and if you watched their fight you’d see that Cruz deserved the win but got screwed over (was fighting in France). Oumiha isn’t close to being on Cruz’s level

@@taylorohiggins1734 What is stupid here is this sewage you have created by stealing labor. You cut videos from platforms such as AIBA, etc. for this ridiculous channel and post them here to benefit yourself. How old are you? my guess is maximum 20. Well, do you have any idea how old I am?? First you will pay attention to the rules of courtesy and be decent. Don't teach me boxing, not everyone is a Cuban boxing fan like you.
@taylorohiggins17342 жыл бұрын
@@pelletizerTRR you’re an absolute clown, I post them here without any benefit to myself whatsoever - this channel isn’t monetised - and do it solely because it makes amateur boxing more accessible to the masses. Besides, AIBA are aware I repost their fights - I’ve spoken with their press secretary before (hence why there’s no copyright infringement on these videos). Don’t come to my channel again, next time you’re getting a block. You’re clueless, ignorant and quite honestly embarrassing yourself.

Frankly if you’re not a fan of Cuban boxing, you’re not a real boxing fan. Oumiha has sharpened his game and if anything fights more similar to a Cuban now, sits on his punches counter punches, pivots outwards and is prolific with the jab. No part of Oumiha would beat ACG. He simply doesn’t have the ring generalship, pressure or power and ability to adjust like ACG. ACG has adjusted and beaten arguably every premier opponent form 130-138 with relative ease, and the ones who brought varied plans so did he. Watch Pan American final vs Davis and Ekaterinburg. Watch him against Tursonov. Oumiha is a great fighter but not an A talent like Cruz Gomez. I wish people were unbiased. Oumiha isn’t even that accurate a puncher compared to Cruz Gomez lol. You rarely see Cruz made to miss consistently. I’m not sure what an elastic body is LOL.
@pelletizerTRR2 жыл бұрын
@@acetofresh1 It is sad to see that the comments in the video are persistently evolving into other channels. Even though I haven't written anything for Andy Cruz criticizing his boxing, you insistently emphasize this as an answer. What I wrote for Andy stands at the top, I both congratulated and emphasized that he is a boxer with a certain career. The discussion was started by the channel owner who called my comment stupid. Also, every boxer can be beaten, which is a very normal result, even if these boxers are Andy Cruz, Teofilo Stevenson, Felix Savon, László Papp.
