💯 Unai clearly wanted a certain environment. Turned down Newcastle and came to Villa being able to pick his own DOF, and bring along whatever staff he wanted. Not that he has anything personal against him but Man Utd now have the same DOF Newcastle had. He clearly learned lessons at Arsenal with the likes of Aubamayang. He won't be interested in walking into a club with a few prima donas who aren't interested in putting in any effort as soon as they get bored or don't like something. Prima donas that other top managers have not been able to rid themselves of at that club even if they were successful with getting out a few of the others there were. Then we get into the fact our owners have purchased a stake in Unais own club in Spain and how comfortable and adored he is at Villa.
