Andy Haderer turned 57 last December, he's now only 1½ years short of Chet Baker's lifespan. If only we lived in a more appreciative world where someone who plays so much trumpet, and so beautifully at that, actually gets the recognition and *studio time* he and we the audience deserve. In my imagination Andy's _Everything Happens to Me_ paints a big smile on Frank and Chet's faces while they're listening on their cloud. But that's only wishful thinking.

I discovered Andy Haderer while exploring youtube looking for beautiful big bands. I got scotched by this magnificent big band and one of the most musical and magistral trumpet player I have ever heard. The perfection, the softness, the precision and the soul of his playing takes me tears of emotions. It demonstrates me that Jazz is the ultimate complex and beautiful musical achievement.

Und was für ein Solo - null Effekthascherei, sondern Feeling, Sound, Message...Das Arrangement mit der Muted Brass Section und den Flöten/Klarinetten - großartig!
