10 ай бұрынHaving a bit of fun noodling in A minor dialing in a clean-ish vocal tone. Old Ibanez AT100 prototype with a Keeley Super AT Mod in front of a Suhr SL68. Keeley Halo and Hydra added at mixing console. Rectifier 2x12 iced in separate room, headed running loud and clean (volume set at 4, LOUD for a 100watt Plexi circuit).

This is so gorgeous - plenty warmth, nice solid sustain (a good compressor, I assume?), some mild crunch, and then there's just this splendid clarity overall... This tone really inspires.

I've finally got the Super AT under control (with the Halo). I really had to work at it to get it just breaking but still having control over the soft stuff. I still like the JHS @ AT pedal which I keep in the circuit for louder parts. The Keeley is used for softer more dynamic passages. Does that sound right?

Are you using the halo and the hydra at the same time here? I just picked up the hydra from guitar sanctuary today and stoked to get home and play it!! Cheers!

It's now finally an actual neck position Cruiser, the original was a bridge pickup in the neck portion
