As a young boy in Hawaii, when I first heard "Danny Boy", I just loved its refreshing and mesmerizing lyrics and message. Thank you so much Andy Williams for your magical and awesome singing of this song !!!!!! Am now 80 years old. Gratefully, Robert S.J. Hu August 9, 2022.

I saw him do this very version at Caesers Palace in LasVegas; Aug. 25, 1966. This was opening month at Caesers. I was there with my Mom and Dad and little brother. My Dad was not an emotional person, but this is the 2nd time I saw him cry. I was just 17 and it was during Vietnam. To think I found this live version 56 years later is amazing.

Thank You for your kind comments. We were living in Omaha Ne. at the time and were heading home from Walnut Creek, Ca. where my Dad had been sent by Mutual Of Omaha to start a new division for 2 months. We just stopped overnight and had no reservation--just showed up at the stage door and my Dad said he was with Mutual and they let us in! They sat us at a table right in front of the stage. I believe this performance was at Ceasers because Andy said the same jokes. Andy was my favorite singer at the time and it was really special for me. Now , at 73, it ranks as one of my favorite memories.

Spectacular- although I’ve heard him sing this many times THIS is as beautiful and moving I’ve ever heard. Just from his heart - absolute perfection Oh do I miss him

Absolutely the best version. Not over-vocalized with just the right amount of tender feeling. What a voice. He practically whispers parts and hits every note with perfect pitch,

I am a 55 year old male living in Korea. I've never been to America and I don't know who Andy Williams is. But I've been listening to it for over 15 years. Watching Andy Williams performing on TV a long time ago, I think he is a great singer and his songs are touching. Today I am listening to this song. Americans! be happy everyone

So wonderful he sings, autumn is coming along and we remember the summer that went by. We remember also all the voices that has past away, God Bless our Earth and all its people. RIP Mr Williams.
