I like riffs of the previous videos of beginner 10 lessons which I have studied it well and composed a song out of it. But I if you can make another riffs of different song so that I will know well I am David Sarpong from Ghana Kumasi. Should I post the riffs song for you

This is another one of my favourite Late, Great Tom Petty songs from the same studio album as "I Won't Back Down". This song was also covered by John Meyer. ❤Thanks Andy! I would like to request "Drive" by The Cars as my next tutorial for acoustic or electric guitar. Great session!

Thanks! you are all right and very good teacher to boot ..there are on commercials on KZfaq saying you can't learn guitar very well on KZfaq, but I beg to differ, you are one of the best on KZfaq and plus your from England😃

For real. I got into Tom petty after being introduced to his music by my uncle a couple of years ago. I’d started learning guitar at the time so he was a big help with songs to try and play that I genuinely enjoyed. Still listen to him most days, such a shame that he’s gone now. RIP Tom Petty

Check out the Justin Guitar channel. He's done it like that 6 years ago, but he uses a different strumming pattern.

Thanks for this. I've been learning on Rocksmith for a long time and practicing this song there. It's super helpful to get a breakdown like this so that the game makes more sense. The rhythm really is the key to this song.

Level 6, play it on a twelve string to really sound like the recording :-P Seriously though, great demonstration. I had someone try to teach me the non-capo chords, and it just doesn't sound right unless you've got that moving line up top.
