Day 2 of my Norwegian Trans European Trail Adventure began with a light heart and heavy expectations! Jotunheimen promised to provide some of the most spectacular views Norway has to offer.
But above all else, it began with an all encompassing feeling of positivity for the day ahead. The weather was going to be glorious, the trails were all going to be open and the day was going to be a resounding success…
Norway had other plans. In the words of the great prophet Meatloaf: ‚Two Out of Three Ain‘t Bad‘.
Although in this case, 1 out of 3 was more than enough for me!!

Just returned from French n Swiss Alps tour, weather bad on return leg through Black Forest 😢 Joined ferry at Rotterdam with TT fans heading to IOM. Two people in front lashing down from Norway and another lad from Finland, now that's a fair ride away 😮

The "prophet Meatloaf", I'm still laughing at that. It was worth the read for sure. Not sure what you're riding but looks like a nice place for a ride! Out West in the USA (PNW Pacific North West) there's a ton of old logging/fire roads you can ride. I've never been but many ride there on youtube through the mountains and deserts to the South, you seem like the guy that would like it out there. Many guys ride dual sports and enduros though. Nice video thanks for bringing us couch pilots with you! Be safe and have fun!

Ha! Im glad somebody actually read that! It’s a KTM 1090 adventure. I really would love to be able to explore the fire roads out there. Here is very difficult to legally go adventuring.

Might have missed this Andy, though did you put bar risers on your KTM and if so, what height without modifying the cable-age??!!; I've a 1190 Adv-R and when standing (5'11") feel like I'm reaching down too far!!... BTW great video and look forward to more as looking at Scandinavia in 2025...
