Been on repeat a lot here lately. Had two 'death scares', one last spring about this time, and oddly, the second was 2 weeks ago. This song hits different when you've looked death directly in the eye. This most recent 'event' was brief. But the one last spring, boy oh boy, a doozie. For 3 months straight, I was sure my end was near. Was making my final arrangements. The song that comforted me the most, was of course, an Ane song. 'Linger With Pleasure'. I played it non-stop for weeks. Thank you Ane. Your music is a hug for my soul. It always grounds me. I love & adore you. You are my earth angel.🙏 I'm guessing you know this, after reading my hundreds of comments on your videos.🤭❤️ Also, this is an outstanding performance. And the piano version. Le sigh...❤️ Yep, fan girlin' hard, here. No shame.😁😘

Welp. Looks like it may very well be The 'Big C'.😬 This has been on repeat, AGAIN, allllll day. In fact, it's a staple, repeat offender, here lately. You are my lifeline. Always have been. Grateful beyond words. I sure do hope there's music, in the afterlife.... That's one of the few things I'd truly miss, and be sad about. No Ane Brun?? Nooooo!!! What a fascinating depiction of a very familiar scenario and feeling. What's very cool as well, I am looking out my window while hearing this song for the first time. The early sun is slanting across to a dark incoming storm sky and the wind is just starting to pick up. Did you invoke that?! :)
