Or phir night mein rash driving charges hone chahiye Or jiske naam pe gadi hai usko saja milni chahiye ki usne ek minor kyu chalne di Car . Or minor must also get punishment by the court of law . Owner Must be given life time imprisonment . Ki isse or logo ko samajh aaega ki minor ko gadi nahin chalane Deni chahie aur minor ko samajh jaega ki unke gadi chalane ki vajah se unke father ko kitna nuksan hota hai.
