It looks like more rows of terracing going in underneath, it looks like there’s space for the concrete lintels to go in.

HI Nick Thank you for the update I still cannot believe this there is still so much to be done. They should have done all this from the end of these season and after those concerts just a shame there was decent contractors doing the job It all started going wrong from the time of Buckingham Group going into Liquidation and it took time to get someone else. I feel sorry for Fulham because Buckingham Group left there stand in a mess to. I doubt they will get all the problems sorted out before season starts so we will have to muddle through until the end of the season at least the pitch is getting done now.

Sounds right about the roof panels as we had issues with the roof leaking last season where we sat so glad to hear that.

At this rate Everton will be ready to build their next stadium, and we will still be finishing of this stand, never mind the other 2 stands...

No chance this will be complete for the pre season friendly with Seville at Anfield on Aug 11th or the first home game of the season.If they are going to have to put up large scaffolding sections to do the interior underneath roof cladding work then i expect Liverpool might have to startcthe new season off with reduced capacity in the Annie Road stand for the first couple of months of this new up and coming season. The whole project has been a unmitigated and embarrassing disaster for FSG and Liverpool FC .Someone who appointed the contractors needs to be held to account but i guess their is no financial comeback for thecclub seeing Buckinghams whent into Admin some 11 months ago

I’d say by the piles on the roof they are adding the panels back as there are no piles on the end they are working on

I think they are still removing, this job is such a mess Buckinghams obviously bought dodgy😅 cheap panels not up to the job because of their financial constraints and now they are all going to have to be replaced.Ridiculous who ever gave Buckinhgam the orginal contact didnt do the research into their financial stability or check with Fulham or zBirmingham as to their credibility and work levels. I think Fulham still dont have their new Riverside stand complete and fully open. The only other thing i thought of as a long shot for these reolacements wascbecause the club had decided to put more solar panels into the roof , but i think thats a long shot and its just a case of dodgy work and materials supplied by cheap skate Buckingham contractors

Great update! Obviously there is no coordination between builder and pitch layers. Pitch layers had their window to lay pitch whether cladding was complete or not. Stands to reason pitch needs time to knit together

The polycarbon cladding is too far forward to make a difference finishing the cladding underneath that still needs doing.

Not keen on the new stands. Prefer the roofs on the 2 older stands. They should knock that row of houses down and expand the west stand.

you can also see all the wrap peeling off the rail seating. just looks tatty already. dont even know why they call it railed seating as everyone stands the entire game and you couldnt sit down if over 5.11 anyway as the rails dig into your knees

This whole project has been an absolute joke. They’ve been working 3.5 years on *1 stand. 1 stand! I mean what the hell, in that amount of time Everton have built a brand new stadium. It’s embarrassing.

Ive never come across such an abortion of a build in all my life, this is just a fiasco, we've built a full stadium in the time its took to do this garden shed.
