The magic of Brownlee doesn't stop with his talent and guts. It's his humility coupled with resilience and love for Filipinos. Men of lesser character would have cowered after their 6-0 finals record was broken, or their reputation tainted by the doping issue. After all, the rep JB has built until then is enough to sustain overseas circuits of international games till his retirement. But JB came back for us, shook off the haters and doubters, and carried us again to glory. Played in the system, made his teammates look good, and stepped in when he was needed the most. What a time to be alive to witness the 🐐!

recently lang kasi natin natutunan na pwede naman palang malupit na import at familiar sa pinoy basketball ang kunin natin at hindi kailangang parating NBA players ang kunin nating naturalized players ( due to availability concerns) Eg. Ratliffe, Prosper, Hollis-Jefferson, Chism, at bali-balita si Johnathan Williams din ,maigi ngang masubukan muna sila sa pba

Big shoutout to the naturalized players throughout the years. We appreciate y'all. From kuya marcous who helped bring us back to the world while fighting through injuries. Kuya andraye who showed up in the world cup and showed that philippine basketball belongs on the world stage in 2014. To now, JB. Who fought his hardest to give us asiad gold in decades. All of their efforts are appreciated.

After 1 year. Chot Reyes back as Gilas Coach. Jk HAHAHAHA.. Pero grabe ang impact ni Tim Cone as coach sa Gilas. Imagine, 2 or 3 weeks lang ang prep nila. Pero parang ang tagal na nila magkakasama. Walang Junemar, Aj, tsaka Jamie. Sana lang maging healthy sila sa loob ng 4 years. #NSD 🇵🇭

Ang maganda kasi sa import na to alam nya kung kailan sya kailangan. Team player tlga sya. Hindi yung import ako dapat makagawa ako ng madami. Yes gumagawa sya ng madami pero hindi pilit ung tira nya at di matakaw sa bola. At eto pa yung isang napansin ko sa player na to. Hindi sya nagcecelebrate hanggat may oras pa. Kita nyo yung sa laban nila sa china. Yung mga 3points nya pakaimportante pero after mashot hindi sya nagccelebrate. Tapos nong wala ng oras don nya lahat isinigaw.

Eto yung sinabi ko sa isang post sa FB. Daming 😂 reacts. We have to consider JC because we might be able to find a local SF anyway at some point mula sa mga young guns. An NBA calibre player on CTC's system has immense potential. If gusto nila, eventually baka pwede si Boatwright or even si Kouame.
