Helpful to understand what “Balance to quoi” means since it’s not easily translated. The metoo movement in France had a motto that was “balance ton porc” - basically, “denounce your pig” or “get rid of your pig”. “Balance ton quoi” pokes at the people who claim this is so complicated and they don’t get all these new rules for how to behave towards women and blablabla… and suggests them to get rid of their “what? I don’t understand” - she generously suggests they do understand very well and welcomes them to accept their own understanding and join the “side” of respecting women (and everyone, because at the end of the day, disrespect and violence for women is also expressed in disrespect and violence towards men, in particular themselves, such as through suicide). Brilliant and clever message. Love it.

She's an hypocrite, she said that there should not be "presumption of innocence" for men harassing women. A few days later, her own brother is accused of putting his hand in a woman's pant without authorization. He admitted the story is true. Her reaction was much less agressive. Another big mouth who talks and talks, but does nothing when it comes to actually put her money where her mouth is. She will take the money you pay for her song though.

@@anatolemaige5855 Encore un pas de plus vers la fermeture d'esprit et l'exclusion sociale grâce aux étiquettes de "sexiste" "fasco", "raciste" . Le travail artistique j'ai envie de dire peu importe on aime ou on aime pas. Ce qui est plus dérangent c'est d'amplifier une forme de division sociale entre les "progressistes" qui auront toujours raison peu importe la question traitée et les autres qui seront fondamentalement "mauvais" puisqu'ils n'adhèrent pas à tout ce que pense les premiers cités. Encore une fois on met en avant la forme plutot que le fond et cela ne dérange personne car cela demande trop d'efforts que de chercher la vérité et nuancer.

Non c'est faux, la cause, je la respecte, les paroles sont certes engagées mais mauvaise, le clip est bien pour représenter les paroles ce qui est une bonne chose pour un clip mais le son ressemble juste à une défense de cause et non à une musique. On peut réussir à allier une idéologie et la musique mais ici c'est mal fait. De plus le passage humour prouve bien que cette musique n'est pas faite pour le divertissement ou l'amour de la musique mais pour dire "Faire de la discrimination en fonction du genre c'est pas bien". Pour finir je dirai que j'ai vu bien mieux et même de la part d'Angèle. J'ajouterai que je n'argumenterai pas plus et que mon avis est important. N'oubliez pas que la discriminations sexiste c'est mal mais pas plus que n'importe quel autre discrimination.

La chanson "Balance ton quoi" traite d'un thème fondamental, très grave et très sérieux. Les violences sexuelles et sexistes sont horribles, insoutenables et inadmissibles, et elle doivent être dénoncées. De nombreuses femmes (ou hommes) n'osent pas porter plainte, par peur du jugement, ou par peur des représailles de l'agresseur. Ces dernières doivent être écoutés, soutenus, et protégées par l'Etat. Les accusés, quant à eux, doivent être confrontés à la Justice, et réaliser leur peine si les faits sont avérés. Ceci étant dit, il y eu a 2 soucis majeurs avec cette chanson, dont beaucoup se gardent de parler: 1/ Contrairement à ce qui est représenté dans cette chanson et dans les grands médias, les violences physiques ou psychologiques ne sont pas toujours perpétrées par des hommes sur des femmes. Le fait de constamment mettre en scène des hommes bourreaux et des femmes victimes ne permet pas de présenter une lecture honnête et objective du problème. Enfin, ces VSS existent également au niveau des couples de même sexes, dont on entend pourtant très peu parler. 2/ La représentation systématiques des hommes comme "méchants", et le faible quotient intellectuel d'une frange de la population a conduit suite à la sortie de la chanson à un déferlement de haine à l'encontre des hommes hétérosexuels: j'ai pu entendre de nombreux propos, émanants de jeunes femmes, même au sein de mes écoles, extrêmement préoccupants: - "TOUS les hommes sont des porcs" - "1 à 2 hommes sur 3 est un potentiel violeur" cf. Caroline de Haas - "les relations sexuelles hétéros sont par essence patriarcales, même en cas de consentement, et devraient être interdites". On m'a reproché ce faisant d'être hétérosexuel. - "les VSS sont TOUJOURS le fait d'hommes, et si tu oses dire le contraire, et quiconque OSERA dire le contraire sera canceled". Ces généralisation à outrance ont contribué à la création d'une atmosphère exécrable entre les hommes et les femmes, basée sur la peur et/ou la détestation non fondée de l'autre, là où les hommes et les femmes devraient vivre main dans la main, dans l'amour, la confiance et le respect mutuel. Il y a du bon et du mauvais chez les deux sexes; c'est à l'échelle de l'individu qu'on juge de la valeur de quelqu'un, et non de part le "groupe" auquel il / elle appartient. Cette façon d'opposer les individus en fonction de la classe à laquelle ils appartiennent (identité de genre, ethnie, orientation sexuelle, religion, âge...) et pernicieuse et dangereuse, et peut conduire à des dérives graves. Hugo et son équipe n'en parlent pourtant jamais.

yYy parce qu’une femme veut être respectée ça veut pas dire qu’elle déteste les hommes. Il y a un moment il faut arrêter de se sentir viser. Mes amis et mon petit ami sont pas débiles comme toi et bien que ce soit des hommes ils défendent la cause parce qu’ils savent que oui il existe des connards. On a jamais dit que tous les hommes étaient comme ça.
