It would be cool if you did yoga routine videos. I'm sad that I don't know if I can trust youtubers to give me yoga instructions. But you sure know your stuff so I'd trust you when it comes to yoga👍

Yoga is a very wide topic..he is a martial artist so it would be a bad idea to trust him in my opinion..

@@sjdnfjnj well his mother does yoga(as far as I know) so he has a close trusted source. Also he pretty much lives in the place where Yoga was created so he's got more places where yoga can be learned close to him and I'll know that it's actual yoga and not some fraud. Also being a martial artist or a fighter doesn't mean he knows nothing about other topics, that's like saying a doctor can't teach you basic math. In fact, as far as I know yoga and Kalaripayatu(the ancient fighting style of India) which he seems to know well about, seem to have some connections as those who practice Kalari will go through similar stretching routines( if I remember right) So I'd trust a Kalari practicioner with some yoga advice.

Never take yoga instructions from a book or from another practitioner. You should take instructions from a guru or a proper teacher. The thing is not about trust. It is about whether it works or not and what effects it has on you
