We can potentially rule out oyster mushroom if it's a conifer, but I personally can't tell from just the bark what kind of tree that is. I agree that it looks like angel wings, the mushroom is thin, pliant, and has crowded, narrow gills. Oysters should have stronger, thicker gills

careful with these, I picked a bunch then soaked them in water for a few minutes and at least over a hundred tiny white worms fell to the bottom. Probably not shit you want to eat.
