* The parameters I give are for reference only. The size and length of the wire used can be flexibly changed depending on the size of the wing or wire you have.
Can use wire with diameter from 0.8 - 1mm ( 20 gauge - 18 gauge ) . Length 50 - 70 cm ( 20 - 28 inch).
* In the video I use :
19 gauge ( wire diameter 0,9mm ) : 60cm ( 24 inch)
* You can change the shape of the wings, the number of wings or the combination of stones depending on your preference.

Even though I am an older more senior person I think these are gorgeous and I think with my hair being short now I think I would dare to wear these! I think I'm going to try them and I'm going to come back and show you what I've done I'm a newbie LOL hahaha we'll come back and show you if I've made them. I love them I think they're gorgeous

Hi Concetta, you go for it! 👍 I'm 75 now, discovered wire work almost 10 yrs ago & LOVED it - got pretty good at it quite quickly too! Then eye problems & various other things upset my progress & I've done very little over the years since, just a few pieces here & there to keep my hand in. I've missed it so. 😥 However, I intend to pick up the pieces & start again this winter - it's been been one of my greatest joys in life, time stops & the world goes away - so peaceful. 😇 You are in great hands with the wonderful & ever so talented Lan - enjoy the ride & your pretty new fairy wings! 🙋

Go for it Concetta! It’s easier to wear elaborate ear cuffs with shorter hair. Less worry about it getting tangled in your hair and getting pulled off. My fine, slippery hair meant my hair got tangled in my big ear cuffs until I got it cut. It still happens to me, but not as much.

Okay. So I just looked up how to do this and twisted something together after watching your video once and holy crap this was so easy to follow! Your design is gorgeous and the way you broke down the technique made it so easy even a beginner (me!) could make something lovely with room for improvement! I just bought a bunch of wire and had no idea where to start. Had the impulse for fairy cuffs and dang was rhis helpful!!!

I used to round copper wire - magnet wire (type of wire not used to make jewelry, Its price is very cheap) . it's the only kind I found where I lived for many sizes. I do not know exactly what type it was, can be normal copper wire, it have plating layer, and not dark by time you can change to suit the material you have

Eu uso fio de cobre redondo - fio magnético (tipo de fio não usado para fazer bijuterias, seu preço é bem barato). é o único tipo que encontrei onde morei para muitos tamanhos. Eu não sei exatamente de que tipo era, pode ser fio de cobre normal, tem camada de chapeamento, e não escuro pelo tempo você pode mudar para se adequar ao material que você tem

동선 - 마그넷 선(장신구를 만들 때 사용하지 않는 철사, 가격이 매우 저렴)을 동그랗게 만들었습니다. 내가 살았던 곳에서 여러 크기로 찾은 유일한 종류입니다. 정확히 어떤 종류인지는 모르겠지만 일반 동선일 수 있고 도금층이 있고 시간이 지나도 어둡지 않습니다 가지고 있는 재료에 맞게 변경할 수 있습니다.
