i think its the implication that shes calling the person (probably a step mom or an affair partner) that the dad is fucking, a pregnant clown ‘clown’ as in the insult and not an actual clown and ‘pregnant’ which is fairly straightforward i could be wrong though you may have to go to the original video haha

Basically the joke is that the dad calls the woman he’s fucking a “pregnant clown” because either it’s funny or he genuinely hates her. It’s very similar to the boomer joke that all men hate their wives. The woman may or may not be pregnant or a clown, but that’s what the dad calls her. Lmk if u have further questions.
