OMG! My mother used to make these tea sandwiches for Eastern Star teas and I had them at my wedding too, (41 years ago). She would arrange the filling in such a way whereby they would be in a checkerboard pattern. My Auntie Jean would do this too, with the food colorings being a very light pastel color, with canned crabmeat and minced onions added. What a wonderful way to remember Mothers on Mother’s Day. Lime sherbet or orange sherbet with ginger ale punch would round off the tea menu. Thank you for this special Mother’s Day gift, Gail McBride in Atlanta.

This was such an awesome concept to see young and more mature mingling together , celebrating together and sharing thoughts and examples of how to be or become a better mother !! Happy Mothers Day to ALLLLLL the Mothers out here in this world! I really enjoyed this. Felt as if I could've been sitting at the table right along with them. Mrs Dionne Warwick is SO ELEGANT AND CLASSY. I've ALWAYS admired her as long as I can remember, and although I'm at work and unable to celebrate my own mother on this day, it was refreshing to sit at this imaginary table with Mrs. Warwick and enjoy her company.

These ladies look beautiful! I love my mom and I love being a mother! It’s the best gift and job God could have ever given me. Like Ms. Dionne passed, my mother told me to always be myself and people will either like you or not for you. I have passed this same words to my children.❤
