I will confirm it kills bugs! I have the lavender Castille soap. I was in the bathroom, saw a black widow. I couldn't get to it. I was out of bug killer. For some reason I thought, "wonder if the Castille soap will do anything. Sprayed it, within a minute the thing just died. I used on crickets too!

I recently bought the Sal's Suds after the Biokleen apc was discontinued and I'm obsessed! I think it cleans even better than Biokleen and has more uses. It's the only all purpose product I've tried that really is all purpose, I used it to clean my mirrors expecting some level of streaks but there were none. I started out using it diluted in a spray bottle then found out it could be used as dish soap, THEN found out it could be used as laundry detergent. Basically I've replaced most of my previous cleaning products with this stuff. I'm surprised that a lot of people say it's basically the same thing as their castille soap, I tried the castille soap for cleaning and hated it, it left a weird film all over everything which doesn't seem to be an issue with the Sal's Suds.

Here's a tip. Love Sals Suds and make my own all purpose spray. Well, I have a dish washer and use a natural gel but it still will have a funky smell after wash cycle is done. One day I took my spray bottle and after loading natural detergent and dishes arecall loaded I spray the whole inside of machine, close and start cycle. Presto, no more funky smell and of course everything is squeaky clean. NEVER use Sals Suds full strength in dishwasher. You will have mountains of suds. I learned the hard way after adding a teeny tiny bit to my detergent. I was scooping suds into the sink. Haha. But diluted in a spray form works magic. 😉🌝

I got on bronners about 9 years now, started with the toothpaste (cinnamon rocks)! Then made the switch to the soaps and sal suds! I make hand soap and multi-purpose sprays with the Castile soaps (love the citrus, rose and peppermint), and use sals for laundry and dishes (mixed in a spray bottle, where all of it is so concentrated! The cherry blossom (seasonal), is the best!

I use water from the fridge (filtered) to make the foaming hand soap. I don’t use Castile soap for cleaning with water ( like dishes, but more for a multi-purpose sprays)! Also, just a quick spray of that will wash all vegetables and fruits!

Omg I'm so happy I stumbled on your channel! I was looking at castile soaps earlier, (trying to go greener In our 8 strong household!) and I'd heard that you could use it for around the home, so I've bought some lil trial sizes (so glad they do rose scent!) but I'm amazed I have never heard of sal suds! I've been switching to ecloths and a few norwex type things, but I still want something, I'm fighting a losing battle with what feels like some kind of film on vinyl flooring, nothing is touching it. I'm assuming that it would be fine to use with the cloths I have? I also wonder, do you ever have to do any strip washing of your cloths? I use dish soap in the washing machine for my husbands car cleaning cloths, and a bit of white vinegar in the fabric conditioner section, but not sure for all the rest. My first use of the castile soap was to clean our orange tree. Worked amazingly! New sub from me, I'm really interested to hear more from you!

Can you use almond for wood polish?
@AskAngelaBrown3 жыл бұрын
Almond oil is effective for small wood restoration projects. The solvent helps the oil penetrate the wood grain for a long-lasting protective finish. Amazon sells the Tibet Almond Stick amzn.to/3qTfc2F which is great to cover scratches, dents, dings, and blemishes in wood furniture. And Method has a Daily Wood for Good cleaning product amzn.to/2NzBSql that smells like almond if you just really like the almond smell but the Method doesn't leave a shine like typical furniture polish.

What is the different between thieves multi purpose and dr bronzer salsuds? Are they pretty much the same thing?
@AskAngelaBrown3 жыл бұрын
The difference is in the dilution ratios and surfaces you're using them on and the type of soil you are trying to remove. If you are looking for specifics the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) will give you a chemical breakdown. And on the SDS are the manufacturers contact information. Changing the dilution ratios changes the pH balance and that determines what type of surface you can use them on.
