Thank you so much for posting such an in-depth tour, all the admitted students visits were canceled because of coronavirus so this is really helpful!

This is like the tour I took of Chapman Law School. All the class portraits were of only white men. Even up to the 2000's it was only white men with a few white women sprinkled in. USC tour was the same. Except their portraits went back to the 1890's. Very disheartening. I sat in on a 1L class with 3 AA, maybe? Out of 150. USC says it wants to become more diverse but I suspect it's lip service.

Did my own little tour back in January when I visited NY. As a law student in the Caribbean I couldnt visit NY n not go tour the great Columbia Law School. I did notice however, that there was like 2 African American students out of the the other hundreds.

Sadly that is the reality at a number of American law schools. What school do you attend? I really wanted to do a semester at UWI! - Sam

@@Sistersinlaw I go to UWI! It's spread across three islands, Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad. They all have a Law Faculty but the one in Barbados is the best. It was the first Law Faculty in the Caribbean and has the best Law library in the region so I chose to go to the Campus in Barbados. There are exhange programs for a semester that they have with Universities in Canada and England they're trying for the U.S but because of the different legal structure in some states it takes time. Love your channel also! :)

@@Sistersinlaw yes it is. But the bar exam takes 2 additional years to be able to practice. In most Caribbean countries.

apply for the their SPS, its acceptance rate is like 64 percent of something. the downside is that its part time also you don't get proper professors lol
