I clapped my hands. I clapped thinking of how meaningful those claps were. Two souls. Thinking, existing. Two sources of energy being incredibly similar and different at the same time. I feel grateful for being alive to share this moment with my brothers in universe. And I already regret the seconds that are already gone. Time is malicious. I just left the high-pressure job which left me feeling empty and exhausted. I will tell you that nothing is better for recovery from this than spending time by yourself. I parked my car in front of some open natural space with lots of trees and Hills and turned on this healing music, put my seat back close my eyes and just let go. Within about 90 minutes I felt rejuvenated. It will take some to heal the damage that's been done. Try this, it works and it will help you recover.

Wonderful news! One thing I noticed from your comment, is that you did not claim the Arthritis as yours. One of the first steps to take, when healing, is to distance your thoughts and words from that thing, disease, illness etc. Stop saying MY illness or I HAVE disease. Don't embrace it. FIGHT IT 🙏💜🖖

In 1988 I met a japanese man in Lima and he made electric magnetizers by his own hands and those appliances cured my illness, my liver,astma and acne.I never got back to the clinic anymore.And when we used these appliances we were listening to a very similar music for helping relaxing. I'm living deep in the bowels of grief this year. I've lost my familiar, she passed away. Now I'm lost, I feel like my heart is literally missing part of itself. Played this in the backround during a very deep healing mushroom trip. Just wow i cant even describe the experience. I was shaking, making noises, releasing so much pain and stored emotion. I laughted hystericaly and also deeply connected to my infinte higher self. To the source of my being. The infinte love that i am. Forever grateful for being alive ❤️

this is so so beautiful. I can't describe this longing for peace within me, I just sat down to meditate to these frequencies and smth inside me opened up, words were coming out of my mouth I didn't intentionally speak and I was connecting to my higher self, to the energy and universe around me. there's just so much beauty and peace in each and everyone and listening to these frequencies was really healing. I always wanna come back to that safe space within me, where I am loved and protected and from deep in my heart I wish for everyone to experience the same.
