I can’t believe the ability you have to change my state of mind. I mean I could be mad 😡 and angry 😠 I could be dealing with feelings of frustration and stress, I could be sad and depressed, but as soon as I begin to watch this queen at work, there’s this feeling of melting that takes place. You may very well be superior to the effects that meditation has upon one’s mental state. Are you still awake queen? 😂 I am…… 👍🤣🤣 it’s probably because I took an ice 🧊 cold shower 🚿 a little while ago. 😆 the effects of ice cold showers are just wonderful, I love cold 🥶 therapy, there’s many health benefits, it’s great for a lot of different things, I always recommend cold therapy to people. I’m always looking for natural ways to fight back against the negative effects of stress anxiety and depression, that’s one of the reasons I got into watching asmr videos, especially yours. I find that cold therapy is a really great way to battle these issues that I just mentioned. 👍 ❤❤❤
