1 whole organic lemon 1-2 cups of water 2 tea spoons of matcha Mint Ginger Blend in blender. Strain in cup or jug. Add 2 packets of stevia for that amount. Add ice. Hope this comment is helpful.

I haven’t drank coffee in 1 year. Also, Depending on how minty or gingery you want, add whatever amount. I add 1 stem of mint for 2 cups, 1 small piece of ginger for 2 cups. Sometimes I avoid the mint depending on my mood. If you want glowy skin add some cucumber if you feel but it may throw off the flavour.

Instead of using stevia which is an artificial sugar you could use honey or agave for a natural sweetener!

I also had this headache. My child Father described it as a migraine. I had this particular headache not last week but the week before! I don’t get headaches at all since I’ve gotten older , but this one had me till the next morning when I woke up. I was better but I could still feel like I’ve been through something.

Yessss this is also what I’ve been doing consistently! Every single day I take magnesium and I actually stopped drinking coffee a couple years ago cuz it was making the witchcraft symptoms worse! I switched to matcha tea and the energy I get from it is WAY better than coffee- with no caffeine crash and no caffeine headaches!! Yet it still has caffeine just a lower amount of caffeine. It also boosts your metabolism and helps with weight loss, it helps to clear your skin too! I’ve been fighting the spirit of gluttony and obesity and beauty fade spells for YEARS too just like most y’all have , so I had to cut out all coffee & sugar from my diet cuz that was making the witchcraft symptoms worse as well. I use to get headaches literally 24/7 for over a DECADE!! I’m not even exaggerating…. It’s so annoying and no Tylenol pain pills really help either. BUT MOST DEFINITELY MAGNESIUM WORKS!!! Matcha tea has been a GOD SEND! My daughter got me drinking it, and when I saw you drinking a matcha latte in one of your videos a while back it was confirmation of what God told me so I’ve been sticking with it! Thank you for the dancing kitty LOL I so needed a laugh! 🤣😂😂😂 I love you STEPH!! I’ve been praying for you! I watch all your videos and they’ve been consistently ON POINT for several years with what I’ve been fighting! Thank you so much! God used you to bring me BACK TO GOD! I was on my way to hell until He brought your videos into my life and my life changed DRASTICALLY ever since! I can’t wait to meet you one day! Stephanie you are very prophetic !! This has been happening to me 3 days now since I met a woman whom I had a meeting with and didn’t feel comfortable with after leaving the meeting . 3 days of absolutely NO ENERGY, no electrolytes , no vitamin , no coffee , no tea can give me back my energy . On top of that the whole 3 days aside from being totally depleted from energy I had a weird migraine that wouldn’t go no matter what painkiller I’d take. It would linger all night all day and it was just like a heavy feeling on my head . A weird migraine . I’m positive she spoke something over me or did some spell after . This is a spiritual attack from someone. I rebuke it in the name of Jesus and have been praying over this situation . It’s so strong ( what she’s done or her evil eyes ) that I cannot recover . Stephie I’m glad you made this video. I suffer from extreme migraines which affects my heart rate/breathing, but it ONLY flares up mostly at night before I have to sleep. I got my mri and got it checked out only for the doctors to find nothing wrong with me. That’s how I knew that I was being attacked. I drink matcha without the milk!!! Omg this is awesome. The lemon and ginger really dials down the plant smell. A lot of people don't like matcha because of the earthy taste but there Are ways to go around it. My recipe: cerimonial matcha, half a lemon, ginger, 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey instead of sugar or artificial sugar. You can experiment and add what you want though! I like it as natural as possible.

I never get random headaches and today ive had one most of the day. Ive also been experiencing the fatigue. Im not one to nap midday but over the past week or so ive been so tired. Im in the middle of a huge transition in my life. Im finally moving after a decade and i just received a surprise promotion from the Lord 🎉 and the warfare has really amped up. Things have also been breaking around the house right before we are to move out next week . Just found that the pipe in the bathroom had been leaking for a while and we had no idea. Anyway, i know I need to fast. The Lord has been telling me to. I pray He help me to complete it

Wait Steph don’t take stevia, bc I learned back when I went to college, in my chemistry class, I failed the class, but I specifically remember that the teacher told us & showed us that the sugar substitutes are way worse than regular sugar. So we’re all better off just using regular sugar packets like the ones from Dunkin’ Donuts I guess right. It’s crazy that I’m watching a video about headaches bc I had a bad headache literally all day no matter what I took or ate it never went away all day and it hurts so badddd it hurts even when I talk I guess it’s a migraine lol
