Angelina Jolie is making explosive new claims in the latest development in her and ex-husband Brad Pitt's ongoing legal battle over their French vineyard. In court documents filed on April 4 and obtained by Access Hollywood, the actress and director's lawyers are requesting the release of communications that they claim will prove Pitt, 60, wouldn't sell Jolie, 48, his share of their Chateau Miraval winery unless she signed what the filing called an "onerous" and "expansive" non-disclosure agreement. Per the filing, Jolie's team claims that the NDA is an alleged attempt to silence the mother of six from speaking outside of court about Pitt's alleged abuse. The papers reference the pair's alleged altercation on a 2016 flight with their six children, after which Jolie filed for divorce. "While Pitt's history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well. Jolie then immediately left him," the new filing claims. Access Hollywood has reached out to Pitt's attorney for comment. A friend of the actor's familiar with the years-long litigation claimed to Access that Jolie's legal team "consistently" chooses "to introduce misleading, inaccurate and/or irrelevant information" as an alleged "distraction."

Only a mental health professional can diagnose. But unfortunately the toxicity between two adults is devastatingly harmful to children. Both parents are culpable. How parents speak about each other, treat each other informs children about their own self worth. These two parents are as selfish and toxic as they come. These children are not coming out of this without deep deep wounds.

She even admitted it many years later in an interview, saying she tells her children the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith is when daddy and mummy fell in love. And later Brad would use his powerful PR machine to churn out the story that Jen didn't want children, his excuse for leaving. Jennifer refuted this story decades later. So yeah, they both sound horrible to me.

@AJPopetheIIIand that's why the FBI, LAPD and CPS found evidence, charged him, found him guilty and now he's in prison right. The court also gave him 50/50 custody because there was evidence and he was found guilty, right. Police and FBI will wait for someone at an airport or any other place if there have been allegations of a crime, however, waiting for and investigating doesn't mean that it really happened.

Johnny was a very heavy drinker, and yet, he was kind and generous, and never raised his hand to any women, ever. Where are all of the stories of Pitt and the many women he has been in relationships with. The very women that still respect him, and that even includes Aniston who he left for Angelina. We all have a stereotype of a drunk as being violent, but that is so far from the truth. The incident on the plane was investigated, Regarding the 2016 plane incident, Pitt denied any abuse and the FBI closed its investigation by November 2016 with no charges against Pitt. In the same month, DCFS also concluded its investigation into the incident with no findings of abuse.

I was married to an alcoholic, when I was in labor with our daughter, I had to have a emergency C section. He disappeared for days, I had to call my parents to come take me home. My step mom, dragged him out of bed, and had my dad drive him to the hospital. He hit me once, when my 16 year old brother was in the other room, just as my brother came into the room, he threw me across the room. My brother jumped on top of him and beat his face, till I pulled him off. My husband at the time got up very quietly, walked to the kitchen, and while I was trying to calm down my brother, he threw the 1/4 inch meat fork, across the room, missed my brothers head by an inch, where it impaled into the wall from the handle. He could have killed my brother that day, and you want to tell me I don't know what a mean drunk is. I watched my mothers nose get broken when my step dad flipped a kitchen table. There are patterns, and not all drunks are violent, like Depp, in fact, when he drank, he was submissive, and would stand there and let her beat him. Pitt has dated a lot of women, smart successful women, and there isn't a pattern, Just like when Heard tried to convince us that Johnny beat her, I had no reason to doubt it, till woman after woman, came forward and showed support and swore he would never raise a hand toward a woman to hurt her. If you are a mean drunk, that just doesn't start out of the blue, without anyone seeing he was a mean drunk.

Does not always amount to abuse. You are siding with Jolie’s point of view. The other factor is parental alienation syndrome for the kids. That is the only actual child abuse here and it is Angie who is the alienating narcissistic parent while Brad clearly fits the targeted parent role. Learn about PAS. It is basically Stockholm Syndrome in a family. In Stockholm syndrome the hostages align with their attackers and see the police as the bad guys. It is a survival tactic and it is real. Victim blaming you say? I say you clearly have no idea how PAS works. It is the targeted parents and the kids who are both the victims of this narcissistic abuse. Jolie is a Cluster B. Not saying either of the two is narcissistic or even toxic, and certainly not making assumptions as to which of the two that would even be. I have no reason to not believe Jolie’s claims, but I don’t know them. All I’m saying is, sometimes responsibility for this kind of hostility is not equally split or split at all, and it’s not something just one of the parties can stop, aside maybe by giving in and allowing themselves and their kids to be abused and harmed even further, and sometimes irreparably.

Imagine you and your spouse own a house. You get a divorce and because your love that house, you offer your spouse to buy their half of the house. Your spouse agrees but then sells it to your enemy behind your back. Now you own half of a house that your enemy also owns and you can't do anything with/to the house without your enemy's consent. This is what she did to Brad Pitt. She initially agreed to sell her half of the winery to him but then sold it to Brad's rival/competitor. Now she's complaining that Brad is suing her. What was she expecting?!

Um that’s so untrue lol you clearly didn’t read the court documents. There are text messages and emails showing that she went to him first to sell her share to him but then he tried to force her to sign two NDA’s (one business one and a personal one) Angelina signed the business one but refused to sign the personal one because that would cover up his abuse. He then backed out of the deal several times and tried to offer too many NDA’s. When the deadline came, she sold it to someone else and it wasn’t his “enemy” lol. The guy she sold it to is well informed in the winery business and knows more about it than Brad and before you say “he’s Russian”, yes he’s Russian but he publicly said he’s against the Russian government. Brad is an abuser who keeps financially abusing Angie AND their kids!

Brad wanting the divorce without public mud slinging is normal. I know little to nothing about this case, tbh, but what I do seem to recall is that they had an agreement that the other had the right of first refusal. That means you have to offer the other party the opportunity to buy your share before you sell it to anyone else, not that you can’t sell without the other person’s consent. Which, btw, would be a terrible clause to put in a contract, and I hope they didn’t add it in. It’s so easy to weaponize stuff like that to stall the other one indefinitely and keep them financially - and, thus, at least somewhat personally - tied to you with no legal way out other than a lengthy trial they may lose. It would also most likely make one of them look really bad. I doubt they had anyone other than the best of lawyer(s) draft the contract, so something like that wouldn’t have been a mistake. And if it was put in there intentionally…let’s just say its the kind of clause those who aim to control, abuse, and/or exploit push for in bad faith while the other one is too naive or blinded by love to see it for what it is.

That said, not every actress accusing her husband of abuse has to be _another Amber Heard_. I, for one, say Jolie has a lot more credibility in my book. Both as a person and as an alleged victim.
