Why's it up to HER to 'mend her kids relationship,' when HE is the one who attacked them, in a fit of booze, drugs and anger 35K miles in the sky, allegedly, and according to the reports? What can she do, about making them not see him as a lush who gets angry and lashes out? How is that her problem? Anyone that grew up in an abusive household, scared of one parent, knows damn well the other parent wasn't able to do jack. They have nothing to do with the other person going off. So you believe the stalker bodyguard who works for Pitt, the person described as a violent lush who attacked his family on a plane? He's admitted to a drug and drink problem since he was in school - yet it's odd, you'd wonder about and malign a mom who has had to have court ordered therapy for all her kids based on the abuse they suffered, whose older siblings say the younger ones tremble in fear around him. They literally seemed to have had PTSD. So no, I'm not surprised that as a one off, she may have 'encouraged them to avoid him on a visit,' if it was, for example, making them stressed or giving them anxiety. There's also the possibility that Brad's employee, the stalker bodyguard who terrorized his ex, might be lying.

Which she was allowed to do by order of a judge. She did absolutely nothing wrong and the court proved it. Brad had first refusal, he denied so she sold. Doesn't matter whether it was to a competitor or not, she had full legal right to sell her shares to anyone she wished.

@emilygooner9697 it was in the court documents for that case that he did and the deal he made was an extremely low offer and he had a lot of conditions. She did not have to accept it and he refused what she offered. The judge ruled her legally able to sell for the best price.

Obviously that’s been her plan, to stall things out until they are all 18 so she can claim they all hate him. She seems to have convinced the adopted kids for now. Who knows 5 or 10 years from now though. She might realize manipulating them was a bad idea when they can figure out everything for themselves.

My ex & his new wife spewed massive hatred towards me when my daughter was with them for his weekends. I never said a negative word about either of them. If my daughter came to me with questions I answered honestly but without blame or hatred. More so pity. She is 28 now. She has not spoken to them for 10 yrs. She chooses to live with me as roommates and we're best friends. NEVER bad talk the other parent. All you do is alienate your kids and cause trauma. They're smart little beings. They can figure it out if you're positive and supportive. Also....just because you think your ex is vile does NOT mean he/she isn't a good parent. Those relationships are VASTLY different.

A lot of you seem to be likening this situation to your own. I would like to ask, when the kids are the ones who have been abused, and been put in a harrowing terror inducing state by one parent - because of addiction that is uncontrolled...the ONLY thing the other parent can do, is insure that the parent is sober before the visit, and that someone else is there. If the kids have PTSD, it's fine to encourage them to avoid Dad if they think he's not acting right. That might be what saves their lives. If Angelina did it at all - I believe that is why.

It was incredibly telling that Pax posted such a hateful statement, on Twitter, on Father’s Day. If Angie really was the “better parent”, she would’ve not supported Pax having that behavior in the media or online. She’s had the morals of a maggot, IMO, when she “made out” with her brother at an event, wore a vial of blood and was a confirmed adulterer. Neither one of them sound like fantastic people, but I like Brad more. At least he’s not confirmed “crazy”, by his own actions, for decades, in the public. IMO.

Brad owned 51% of the vineyard but gave her that one percent so it would be an equal 50/50. They had an agreement that they would never sell unless they gave each other a chance to buy it first. She broke that agreement and sold it w/o his knowing about it. And he’d been so nice to make her an equal partner. 😮

I think we all suspected this a long, long, long....... time ago! It's been 8 YEARS of this!!!! All the kids are probibly all old enough now, to choose if they do or don't want a relationship with their dad....or their mom. But here we are still kicking & Screaming all the way to the very end. Parents need to be careful. Often if one parent poisons the kid against the other when the kid grows up they see the Forrest through the trees and dump the parent that poisoned them against the other parent and start getting closer to the other parent they were taught to hate.

If she signed an NDA, why wasn't a non disparagement clause included regarding the kids? Or does the NDA cover that? In which case, nail her to a wall. I was a pawn of my own parents' divorce when I was like 3-4 and I remember it all vividly. My mother said nothing bad, my dad on the other hand, every single chance he got the absolutely worst possible shit he could. TO ME about my mother. And my grandmother did the same. But like in a brainwashy way to get me to say the right things to a judge. That shit is damaging, far more than anyone thinks who hasn't experienced it. Non disparagement clauses may have been a thing back then, but I doubt it. Sure wish it was, though.

Kids should never be involved in adult issues period, parents shouldn't bring up money issues, fight issues, relationship stuff, etc. Kids don't deserve the pressure or stress, adult stress should be left to adults.
