I had mixed feelings about this song when we were being fed all those teases, but I kept listening and doing my usual with Angelina, falling in love, and now this string/piano version in church, and I'm lost in her beautiful voice, over the top in love with the song. I expect this to be such a magical year for Angelina. A story-teller supreme, gifted with a voice like none other. Collaborating now with Toby Gad adds excitement to her future releases. If only the rest of the world would hit pause and take a moment to listen to this young lady sing...if only.

Great to see you again, Jördz 🙂 Great reaction to Angelina, as always. This song was co-written by Toby Gad (the man at the piano), together with the artist that first performed it (BC Jean), before Beyoncé made it extremely popular. Toby is an incredible song writer, and back in 2014 he was ranked as the world's 3rd most successful song writer, having also co-written "All Of Me" by John Legend and the song "Big Girls Don't Cry" by Fergie, just to mention a few. The "Piano Diaries" is an album of his that just released, and on it he has invited different singers to sing rearranged versions of some of his most popular songs Toby and Angelina have also made at least ONE original together, called "Bad Valentine". That song will release in a couple of months. But they have been working quite a bit together already, and I am extremely hopeful that the two together can elevate Angelina's career to the next level. With the kind of voice and skills she possesses, all it takes is ONE song that will go viral, and the rest will be a done deal. I am absolutely positive that Angelina is the next superstar in the music industry. And as you can also see in THIS video, she will help put some class and elegance back into the biz as well. Both Angelina and Toby have given 3 green lights for the video to come out to the public, even though the studio version will be released in September I think. But HOW Angelina can sound any better than she did here, live, is beyond me. And I am sure you will agree. The song is called "Bad Valentine" and you will find the video on James Thiel's channel. Tobias "Toby" Gad is a German music producer and songwriter. His biggest success to date was All of Me by John Legend. Another big success was Big Girls Don't Cry (Fergie). He has also worked for artists such as Beyoncé (If I Were a Boy), Madonna, Brandy, Natasha Bedingfield, Mandy Capristo, Shakira, Nick Carter, Donna Summer, Selena Gomez, Sandra, Demi Lovato (Skyscraper) etc.... In addition to three Grammys and numerous other awards, Toby Glad has 34 gold, 104 platinum and two diamond albums. Nice reaction! On the piano is the co-writer of the song, Toby Gad. Just to let you know, the other co-writer of the song, BC Jean, was the first to sing the song as well as the person the song came from. Per Toby, they played it for Beyonce one day and she really wanted to sing and use this song, and the rest you say is history. Angelina and Toby have been working together for a while now and are creating new music for her to sing. They teased a song at a special event called Bad Valentine and it should be coming out within a few months. This collaboration is awesome! The Piano Diaries is Toby's project of other singers singing his most famous songs. Angelina of course is singing this song made famous by Beyonce.
