Angelina has been writing songs since she was 10 years 0ld - So far 11 have been released: Oslo, What is Life?, Shield, Million Miles, 7th Heaven, Love Don't Let Me Go, Now I'm The Fool, Fire and Rain, All My Fault, Good in Goodbyes, and Diamond. Angelina has stated that she has written about 100 songs that have yet to be released. Her songs are taken from her Journal writings. When she was 10/11 she rewrote the Lyrics to Amy Winehouse's Back to Black and Rehab to make them more age appropriate at that time.

Marketing will start when her full album is released later this year. There's only one EP with 6 songs she's released from RR now, and they haven't started marketing until the full album is released!. Republic Records know 100% what they are doing? I think a lot of people don't realize how much Angelina has done in her short life (17). She performed FIFA AWARD song, and performed in front of 40 000 people only 11 years old invited by Norah Jones. She was also specially invited by Quincy Jones to perform on his 85th birthday in the O2 arena / London. And so on goes the list... She has over 250 songs on KZfaq with cover songs and many originals. Angelina also plays piano and guitar. The truth is that within a year or two she will be the artist for the big occasions. and not a "bare belly plastic artist" who tops a list for a week and is forgotten just as quickly. First time I heard this (and every time since), I have been stunned by her vocal virtuosity. Not my favorite song but one of my favorite performances of all time. Enjoyed your review. This song is much older and very many people have performed it over the years, none I've heard reaches this level.

I know you've done 4 video's all ready but let me take this opportunity to say to you, "Welcome to the wonderful world of Angelina Jordan!" She has approx 200 songs on You Tube to listen to and I'll tell you, every one of them is distinctly different. Perhaps my favorite Angelina song of all is one she sang when she was 8 years old. I know you'll enjoy it, too. Dinah Washington's, 'What A Difference A Day Makes'. You'll see what I mean, trust me.

You'll never hear as sensual a rendition of this song.......ever. You'll notice that her vocals are overdubbed concerning the video, and you should understand that her mom Sara is always concerned as to how she is perceived. By doing this, the viewing listener doesn't equate her with a sultry lounge singer but simply a beautiful teenage girl who is day dreaming as she meanders through an antique furnishings store.

Frank Sinatra is just one of over 600 artists to cover this song. The song was from the 1937 musical Babes in Srms. Frank released his version in 1953 so his version is definitely not the original. Others who have covered this are Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Judy Garlad, Chet Baker for whom this was his signature song

I am beyond happy to see you react to Angelina again. I have always loved your reactions to her, and this was just exceptionally good IMO. Angelina had JUST turned 16 here, or was possibly still 15 at the time of recording. This one sits comfortably in my top 5 performances by her, and I will give you my absolute favorite performance now. She was pretty much EXACTLY the same age as in this one, and the performance was part of her live, digital Christmas concert from Republic Records' studio on December 23rd 2021. "Old Blue Eyes" had the best version of this, IMHO. Past tense. Angelina's beautiful eyes are brown. She has taken to wearing blue contacts for some reason and, not just for this song. Not sure why. I really prefer her version above all others. Actually, the only time I have ever heard a better cover of any song she has sung was when she made a newer version.

This has been a favorite song of mine for 50 years. I have listened to all the "Greats" from the past & a few not so great covers of this song, but none as exquisite as Angelina's 16 yo version. She sang it as a little girl (9 & 10 yo) & it was amazing, but I hoped some day she would sing it again when her voice matured more & this was more than I even hoped for. The only thing that could make this better would be if we could see her sing it. Vocal coaches are astounded how she can go from a breathy vocal to a full belt & pull it back to a whisper, all in one breath with beautiful tone & pitch. This is my favorite vocal performance although I don't care for the video which I find very distracting from the vocals, so I close my eyes for this one. My Funny Valentine This is my 144th time listening to this MASTERPIECE and each time I experience a new level of perfection by our ethereal prodigy extraordinaire, Angelina Jordan. When you listen to the A cappella portions of this performance at the very end of the song you are truly experiencing the genius of Angelina Jordan’s PERFECT PITCH. Sinatra, rest in peace Angelina Jordan, the Bare Foot Queen has taken the crown and there is nothing like her in the universe. When I first heard her perform this. I put it on pause and brought up Sinatra, Bublé, Streisand, Fitzgerald and Vaughan's version of this song to compare it to AJ version, and none of them moved me like this version. It is so hard to comprehend that Angelina from 7 to 16 is the greatest story telling being in my 76 years of experiencing great vocalist and I can't wait for the rest of the story. We are not only hearing it, but we are also feeling each word as though she were singing to each of us individually. She is the only one in this universe that is capable of making us feel the true emotion of this ballad. There is no way to explain this gift that has been given to the universe, does she even know, or understand the power she encompasses?
