The first one is a basic-intermediate version, but the second one really steps it up, taking advantage of the low 4th string! This is actually the BEST instrumental version of this I’ve ever heard. One of my top 5 favorites, but it’s very hard to find a version of it I love.

The Steven Foster tune Angelina Baker , one of my favorites ! Somehow or other this tune gets called Angeline THE Baker , like she worked for Nabisco or Pillsbury or something , but if you look at the lyrics it goes , "Angelina Baker , Angelina's gone ... So , there's no " the" in the song , it's just a song about a woman named Angelina Baker .

I believe the reason the title has been changed by some people is to disassociate the song from the racist minstrelcy origins
