Honestly with the whole cherry blossom motif, her face and skintone is giving me Geisha vibes.. I could be completely wrong but to me she's Japanese so it makes sense lol. I'm only missing Pinkie and Oliver now and I'm soooo in love with SH3. I loved them since we first saw the leaks and they're even more amazing in person.

Idk if its just me, but - while I do enjoy the current series, I think Scarlett (and maybe Berry) are the only ones who give me a distinct "Shadow High" vibe. I'm starting to think it's because the rest of the series lack black and dark colors and contrast. Rosie and Pinkie mine as well be regular Rainbow high dolls if you change their skin (and might even look better). Lavender is a pretty doll, but she lacks contrast too, like add some black to the outfit and shes perfect. - Pinkie is an especially interesting case because compare her to Mara, whos also neon pink, but she gives off distinct darker/edgier fashion vibes due to the black and metal being incorporated into her design. It's especially funny to me that both even have blue eyes and cat ear accessoires. Tldr; I think series 3 of SH really gives me RH vibes, like I hardly see a difference anymore other than fantasy skintones. Scarlett is so worth it tho - favorite doll in a while

She's a cosmetologist major so the makeup accessories make sense but yeah...I definitely think her pieces are amazing but the base doll definitely needs work. I think she needed some hair accessories too. Maybe a cute tiara to fit her vibe you know? I remember sometime ago they were rumors about RH fashion packs but we haven't heard anything which is a shame because Rosie desperately needs more here.

God I wish I lived in the US when it comes to buying these dolls. I live in New Zealand an have to pay $99 for these in stores. $99 in NZ dollars is $59 in us dollars, so goes to show how much extra shops here add on just for the sake of it, like come on $30 + . I feel like the problem with this doll is that they mixed 2 themes into one doll... Cherry Red and Cherry Blossom... with her super bright cherry red color scheme they should have gone with a pinup retro girl design and keep the cherry blossom idea for another doll being more pink tones and give her a japanese umbrella as an accessory... She's pretty but yeah very confusing to me.

Rosie has her moments, but she still needs some more work. I agree with you two, the more simpler dolls need a hand bag! I’d rather have that then more accessories the dolls typically can’t hold in their hands.
