Make delicious red bean paste without being too sweet

500g red beans
2g salt
100g sugar (200g sugar for sweet red bean paste)

1. Spread the red beans wide and pick out any defective red beans.
2. Discard any defective red beans and wash the red beans thoroughly in water several times.
