Hey all. In this video, we introduce the idea of angles. Hitting a target on the wall is great, but you should also practice angling the hit to make your target practice more realistic. Here we give you a simple tweak you can add to your normal target routine to simulate fencing a righty or lefty.
By the end of the video you should realize that hitting a righty in the flank (under the arm) is very similar to hitting a lefty in the chest, and vise versa.

This is a good point for Foil and Epee, but I don't see how this can be used for Sabre ? ( maybe sticking the point in line ? )

How about a nice flick from seventh or fourth line? Great against more inexperienced lefties, and it has a higher percentage success rate than flicks to the shoulder.

When you realize that you only need to press the tip in to register a touch so the angle doesn't really matter
