This video is about Anglo-Saxon Leicestershire. Not so much about any nitty gritty details. But more about why Leicestershire has more evidence for Anglo-Saxon activities than almost all other English counties. And why we need to take a broader view at that evidence.
UPDATE:- Since creating this video the English Place-Name Society has completed the publication of volumes for Dorset, making this the second English county for which a full survey is available.
