That is one of the best power metal albums ever 😅😍 Not one weak song

Angra was originally just an heavy metal band, you have here elements of Queen and Yes, so the sound is also on the grounds of progressive rock. What makes it unique is the blend of classical music and tropical Brazilian tunes like the percussion and the keyboards. The song as the album is a metaphorical journey based on the discovery of Brazil, Holy Land - “Terra de Vera Cruz” / The Land of the Holy Cross - mixed with personal experiences from band members. I consider this to be one of the best hard-rock and heavy metal albums to be recorded. I heard this for the first time and I was so amazed how André Matos and the other guys were able to merge all this styles together. 25 years later after its release, I just love it! Special thanks for this one!

One of the top three songs on their 1996 album "Holy Land" (On par with "Z.I.T.O", but "Nothing to Say" is the best), which is their 3rd best album after "Temple of Shadows" & "Rebirth". That being said, I'm at 8.75 with this one. P.S. I have their entire discography except their last 2018 album "ØMNI".

If you didn't record the reaction yet. Fun fact: in the beginning of the 90's Andre left his first band Viper, and the musicians needed money. So, as you can already imagine they went grunge for a while. In the viper reunion live, Andre sings a song of this strange era. It's really different, it is good but funny at the same time.
