This seems rather impractical. If he is selecting participants based on their English proficiency, he should consider becoming an HR professional and interview candidates for corporate jobs instead of being a judge on a reality show. In my opinion, these participants should be selected based on their character and qualities, rather than solely on their command of the English language.
