Yeah it is funny how it goes through different cycles lol. Yeah i noticed the penalty system is back to picking the wrong people yet again. Nothing like a good old avoidable contact from someone sending it at a 100mph across the lawn to get back on track and without you being there, they would be on the other side of the road, but yeah definitely avoidable lmfao. Well the changes did not make much of a difference, seeing S is mixed with ABC to, so that what almost everyone anyway besides a few actual crazy people lol. Thing is I would rather race a competitive lobby than a full one, BUT people also complain that the lobbies are not filling so you cannot have it both ways. Its not an easy choice, maybe reduce the map rotation and instead of having 5 different tracks pick 2 or 3 and clear weather during the day. Yeah I agree the endurance racing has been a blessing and really great fun. While i do agree, I do see the issue to, one being getting large penalties that are really race breaking for no reason, the other is if the leader is clearly faster to a large extent, whats the point. After 1 hour, being more than 2 mins away is easy and thus gives you a DNF so why keep going is in a lot of peoples mind. FORZA needs to work on that. Yeah I have done the same stopped and waited, met some great people in doing so. Still there is winning and then there is being 55 minutes on your own lol. Might aswell do rivals if thats the case, i would rather wait, least i got someone to drive with lol. Yeah and they have been hanging on to every drop of water instead of releasing a good amount of tracks and updates. I get dragging a little, but this much is damaging. I mean you get bored of the same 10 tracks just different layouts all the time. I mean come on, drop another 10 tracks already lol. Liven the place up a little and add more personal touches in single player mode. Like pointless stuff but adds a bit of fun, clean your car blah blah lol

@@Flashms I do believe they have a decent base for the game. And in a year we will probably have a completely different game. Right now they just have a lot of issues all over the place and so much is incomplete. But unfortunately the devs have to clean up a mess that Microsoft’s responsible for. All so they don’t have to pay for the devs benefit.

@Sloppysloth778 exactly bud. But I did hear they have a new ceo over at turn 10 which is why the last update and the next one coming may very well be very good. Apparently he is a sim racing fanatic so we shall see how much leech he has lol

@@Flashms No I hadn’t heard that yet. But hopefully that should be a big step in the right direction. Fresh ideas and perspective should be a positive. Maybe this will allow them to have a little more of a sim focus for motorsports. And the Horizon games can be the arcade style. Only time will tell. I always enjoy your videos and hearing your prospectives.

@Sloppysloth778 exactly. Again I could be wrong but I did read it somewhere. Was around 2/3 months ago. Yeah exactly and I do believe this is what they are aiming for. To which they are not to far off in the grande scheme of things. Just a few minute but effective changes are needed.

Yeah I think it does calculate how much time you have lost. Usually any punt will get you 4.5 seconds but this person Essex very lucky. I mean let’s be honest it’s hard to get a system to calculate drivers behaving in this manor as it is such a hard thing to re create in a false way if you get me

@@Flashms no system will ever be able to calculate intent well enough, I think we agree on that. Hopefully this guy got reported by more than one person and earned a warning.

Yes imo penalty system didn‘t get any better, only the safety rating + driver AI also is still the same as at the launch even though they promised changes.

@M-hq9xz yeah I think the issue is their trying to deliver on the promises but when it comes to it, either they just do not have the team to do it or it’s a buggy mess and their struggling. Not sure about ai improvement but the penalty system has got better. Man at launch it was awful lol. Ai is much harder and I think it’s on the back burner rather than priority.

I think it’s a great wheel to be honest. Yeah like you say the brake pedal well after a lot of use all the pedals are petty weak. But you get used to it and it’s ok. It does pack a punch for a low powered wheel and you do feel the car rather well. I am tempted to try out the load cell mod for the brake pedal. It’s not a perfect load cell but mimics one. Heard good stuff about it.

@@Flashms I've done the Truebrake mod from AXC Sim, honestly it's unbelievable the difference it makes to the pedals, they way I have it set is I push with no resistance and it gives around 20% brake power then a hard push gives the rest, I'm new to sim racing also but this make me more consistent. Also if you do this mod, put the brake spring in the clutch and then the clutch spring in the accelerator, wow night and day honestly.

@Cit9y I heard about that mod kind it mimics a real car brake pedal. Like the load cell is meant to. Yeah consistency is key. Yeah my accelerator spring is so well used a sneeze would blow it down lol. Glad to hear the brake mod is a good fit though. I would be awesome if theirs was more modding for the 920.

@@Flashms The paddle mod is great as well £10 off ebay and gives them a firm "click" I just wish they had more wheel mods, like GT rims etc

@@Cit9y yeah it’s a market that needs filling a little. To be fair my paddles are still pretty good. The logi really is built tough though mine still looks like new and it’s a few years old. Really is a work horse lol

As long as the race is under 20 minutes it should save bud. And to watch from another driver you have to click the car icon on the toolbar. It’s a little clunky but it works somewhat lol. At the end of the race when you click save relay wait for it to say replay download succeeded and for that to go before moving on. Else it’ll bug out.

Hey bud, I have the full video saved from Mr angry’s perspective. I totally understand where you are coming from, we have all been on the receiving end of behaviour like this. For the first time I was lucky and they left me alone lmfao. Usually my GT finds me trouble lmfao. Very much doubt the person in the MG will get into any trouble but turn 10 are aware of this and have access to the full video (file to large to upload) as per their request. Many people slam on forza but I have to say the devs take no prisoners with sorting out drivers who behave in this manor and are very very quick at replying to emails. (Turn 10 hello lol) That karma bit was gold though. All the best bud

@@hooler68 no idea. Worst thing is their penalties didn’t even mount up that high before the race was over. Think it was like 6 seconds if not less. Crazy really. I get 4 seconds for being pitted mid way through a 920 degree spin. Touch a car by a pixel and that’s 4.5 seconds avoidable lmfao.

Weird huh. I just got 5.5 secs at Yas Marina for cutting some corners and a bit of rubbing..mostly clean race tho. It is possible...!😂

@@hooler68 lmfao it’s usually the clean races you get penalties for corner cutting then the dirty races you get penalties for being rammed. Hard to win sometimes lmfao. Yas marina is a bigger for given out large penalties though. 1 pixel over can really punish you lol

Turn 10 are fully aware of the situation but will never tell us the outcome lol.
