I actually felt really bad for the interviewer lady. She was clearly very emotional about it and she seemed to have a lot more at stake than just "I paid for this flight." She wasn't berating the desk people, and when she was offered a later flight she actually took it instead of saying it wasn't good enough. I understand the desk people would still probably not feel very comfortable about the situation, but I don't think it's at all fair to be disappointed that she made it. Also, like someone said, that looked like a legit full-blown panic attack.
