Where I live (about 40° north), the sun rises at about 5:30-6:00 in the summer and at about 7:30-8:00 in the winter

A series of horn honks wakes you up? Y'all some light sleepers. Like seriously I live in the burbs and there's always noise about at varying hours of the day. From tons of birds chirping from neighbors tree in the early morning. To excited kids yelling about from their way home from school and or birthday parties in the afternoon. To loud mariachi music playing from a neighbor party till late at night. Not to mention random critter nuisances like cats fighting or squirrels setting off car alarms. My point being is if you live in a neighborhood you'll get used to the noises about and learn to tune em out as you get your sleep. Actually it sounds Egyptian. Most Arabs can pronounce the P sound and the "th" sound of "this". Egyptians and Gulf States Arabs can't because that's how they are taught. North African Arabs, Moroccans, Algerians and Tunisians pronounce English words with a French accent,

I'm sorry but the middle easterns are not in the wrong here, if someone is honking the horn early in the morning, I'd be annoyed too. There are many other ways to let the person know they are here to be picked up. Human decency is nice you know?
